Zapier Project

I made Oberlin Golf Clubs exit survey more efficient and effective. When a member resigned from the club, they were sent a physical survey and had to mail it back. Thanks to snail mail the process was slow and manually entering the data was inconvenient. To solve this problem, I created a google form and linked it to a google sheets using Zapier so that no data had to be entered manually.
